Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 48-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients and continue to provide the best possible service. I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance, and I’ll be happy to reschedule.
If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the total scheduled services will be charged. This fee will not apply if you provide 48 hours’ notice or more.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the 50% charge will apply, as I work in 15-minute intervals, and late arrivals can impact the schedule for other clients. Unfortunately, I will not be able to accommodate appointments past 15 minutes without prior notice.
Running Late on My End:
If I am running behind and you are not notified, a 10% discount will be applied to your services as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
I understand that emergencies do occur, so please feel free to discuss your situation with me if you feel this policy is unfair in your specific case. I value your time and want to find a solution that works for both of us.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
• Same-day cancellations will incur an 80% charge of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 80% of the service total.
Saturday Appointments:
Saturdays are highly requested, and I only work a limited number of them. If you no-show or cancel a Saturday appointment within 48 hours, 80% of the total service will be charged.
Payment for Cancellation Fees:
In the event of a cancellation fee, the amount will be charged to the card on file. Once the payment is received, we can reschedule your next appointment. Until this payment is made, you will not be able to book future appointments.
