Hi. ✨ My name is Taylor Eppard and I’m a color specialist & educator located inside My Salon Suites in West Chester, Ohio. I’ve been licensed since 2013. I own both Wanderlust Salon and Wanderlust Bridal. 💕 When I’m not spending time behind the chair, you can find me with my 2 year old baby boy. Inside Wanderlust Salon you will be greeted with a blend of essential oils meant to help you relax while you’re being pampered. You will see shelves filled with Aquage Hair Care, made of 100% ocean bound plastic packaging & AIIR, a crystal infused vegan line. An exclusive luxury Italian color line is the only line I carry. It’s called Duomo, a vegan product that is Ammonia, Odor and PPD free! 🍃 Part of the reason I became so in love with this industry is getting to see so many people fall in love with themselves all over again. I love that my art has the power to instill confidence in others. I also love getting to see everyone live out their healthiest hair dreams. I offer a range of color services, 6 different methods of hair extensions, smoothing treatments, bridal services, formal styles and hair cutting services. At this time all new clients are required to come in for an in person consultation before their first service. The consultation cannot be booked the same day as the service unless discussed otherwise. All existing clients wanting major changes must also complete a consultation. Existing clients can use text! Any form of fashion color (pink, blue, purple, etc.) must be consulted upon 1 week before service date. All clients will be given information on how to properly care for and maintain their hair in between appointments. Pre-booking is highly encouraged as I book 2-4 weeks out. Please make note of the no show/cancellation policy. As of 2023, I will not be offering services to new clients under the age of 8. There is a “pre-teen” haircut for ages 8-13, from age 13+ haircuts are priced as standard haircuts. • SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS • Available Saturdays are announced November, January & May/June. Saturdays tend to book up to 7 months out. Please note I do also run a bridal company and that work is primarily on Saturdays! Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY A 48 hour cancellation policy is in enforced. I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please notify me at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and I will reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule, cancel or no show your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the full price of all of the scheduled services. If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your appointment this will NOT apply to you. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, this also will apply. I run on a schedule that goes by 15 minute intervals which unfortunately leaves me no time to accommodate any tardiness past 10 minutes. No exceptions past 10 minutes late. If I am running behind and you are not given notice, a 10% discount will be applied to your services for the inconvenience. I understand emergency’s may come up, please talk to me about your reasoning if you feel this is an unfair policy for your specific situation. Please understand when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. I have the appointment confirmations go out 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget. Because the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. A same day cancellation will result in a 75% charge. *in the event the 48 hour cancellation fee is required, I will charge the card on file. Once I receive the payment we can schedule your next appointment. Until that is paid you will NOT be able to book again* SATURDAYS- Saturday’s are the most requested day and I only work a handful of them. If you no show or cancel a Saturday appointment within 48 hours 100% of the total service will be due. •ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE TOTAL•
