Hi, I’m Taylor Eppard. ✨ I’m a color specialist, National Educator DESIGNME, Educator for Rusk and the proud owner of both Wanderlust Salon and Wanderlust Bridal, located inside My Salon Suites in West Chester, Ohio. I’ve been licensed since 2013, and I’ve had the pleasure of helping my clients rediscover their confidence ever since. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me with my 3-year-old son, embracing every moment of motherhood. At Wanderlust Salon, you’ll step into a space designed to make you feel relaxed and pampered, with a blend of essential oils setting the mood for your experience. I believe in not just creating beautiful hair, but in using my art to help you fall in love with yourself all over again. My goal is always to bring out your natural beauty, giving you styles that are low-maintenance yet full of confidence. I specialize in reds, blondes, bridal styles, fades, and offer a variety of color services, hair extensions (with two different methods), smoothing treatments, styling, and cuts. Whether you’re in for a simple refresh or a major transformation, I’m here to help you achieve your healthiest hair dreams. For first-time clients, an in-person consultation is required before your first service. This ensures we’re on the same page about your vision. For existing clients seeking major changes, consultations are also required (text is fine for existing clients!). Any fashion color services (like pink, blue, purple, etc.) must be consulted at least a week before your service date. I’ll make sure you leave with all the info you need to care for your hair in between appointments, and pre-booking is encouraged as I book 2-4 weeks out. Please note: I have a no-show/cancellation policy, and as of 2023, I’m no longer offering services to new clients under the age of 8. For ages 8-13, I offer a “pre-teen” haircut, and haircuts for 13+ are priced as standard. • SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS • Available Saturdays are listed on my Instagram. These are by appointment only and cannot be booked online. Contact me directly to schedule. All first-time clients and referrals receive 20% off their service (not applicable to extension installation or hair cost). Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY A 48-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients and continue to provide the best possible service. I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance, and I’ll be happy to reschedule. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the total scheduled services will be charged. This fee will not apply if you provide 48 hours’ notice or more. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the 50% charge will apply, as I work in 15-minute intervals, and late arrivals can impact the schedule for other clients. Unfortunately, I will not be able to accommodate appointments past 10 minutes without prior notice. Running Late on My End: If I am running behind and you are not notified, a 10% discount will be applied to your services as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I understand that emergencies do occur, so please feel free to discuss your situation with me if you feel this policy is unfair in your specific case. I value your time and want to find a solution that works for both of us. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: • Same-day cancellations will incur an 80% charge of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 80% of the service total. Saturday Appointments: Saturdays are highly requested, and I only work a limited number of them. If you no-show or cancel a Saturday appointment within 48 hours, 80% of the total service will be charged. Payment for Cancellation Fees: In the event of a cancellation fee, the amount will be charged to the card on file. Once the payment is received, we can reschedule your next appointment. Until this payment is made, you will not be able to book future appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. I look forward to providing you with the best service possible!
